The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania takes pleasure in offering Lithuanian state scholarships for full-time Master degree studies for admissions in 2017. Every year 3-4 Master students of the European Humanities University (EHU) result in obtaining the prestigious scholarship that provides a tuition waiver and/or monthly stipend.
When applying to one of the following Master programs at EHU: Cultural Studies, Historical and Cultural Heritage, Public Policy, Existential Psychology, nationals of Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and Israel as well as foreigners of Lithuanian origin are able to apply for the Lithuanian state scholarships. Funding is open for all Universities, operating in Lithuania.
In the Academic Year 2017/18 a total of 70 scholarships will be offered:
A monthly scholarship and a benefit that covers the study cost is offered for the nationals of the Republic of Ukraine (40 grants altogether);
A monthly scholarship and a benefit that covers the study cost is offered for the nationals of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin (10 grants altogether);
A monthly scholarship is offered for the nationals of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Japan, the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the State of Israel (20 grants altogether).
As for the Admissions in 2017 there will be two selection rounds. NB! Applications shall be submitted online.
May 8: EHU Master’s admissions are open;
May 10: Deadline for the first selection round application submission;
Mid-June: Notification of conditionally selected applicants (first selection round);
June 26 – July 10: 2nd selection round (ONLY for conditionally selected applicants);
Early August: Notification of successful selected applicants (second selection round).
